1. Acceptance of Terms

• Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

crown88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available methods, minimum and maximum transaction amounts, and processing times are detailed on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Deposits are credited to your crown88 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. crown88 targets withdrawal processing within 10 minutes for GCash and Maya, though processing times may vary and are not guaranteed.
• Withdrawal to origin: crown88 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit payment method. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name.

7. Prohibited Activities

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Upon termination for breach, crown88 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. If no breach is established, any positive balance at the time of account closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

12. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to crown88's internal dispute resolution process.
